APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

A waterside first floor apartment located in a quiet area on the Ile des Quatre Vents. The apartment has a west facing balcony with a beautiful view across the canals to the hills beyond.

The apartment is well equipped and comprises one double bedroom; bath/shower room;
L-shaped living room with a comfortable double convertible sofa bed; open plan kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. In addition there is a TV & DVD, table and chairs for dining on the balcony, deck chairs and a washing machine. The apartment has a specifically allocated shaded parking place a short walk from the property. It has a height restriction of 1.77m so we cannot accommodate tall vehicles in the space.

During the main season only, a Jeanneau dinghy with 4hp outboard engine is located on our pontoon. Subject to availability, this can be hired if you are a competent boat user. It provides an ideal way of exploring the local waterways and is without doubt the best way to see the beauty of this wonderful environment, and is a quick and enjoyable way to visit the beach and the shops within Port Grimaud.

Please note that children under 8 and pets are not accepted and that the maximum number of children permitted is two.
